Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use promohyper.com, operated by Canberk Sezer. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@promohyper.com.
What the service does
You give us a product URL or a description. The service reads your brand, writes a script, records a voiceover, composes music and designs an animated promo video, then renders it to MP4. Everything up to the final render is free.
Your account
You need an account to render. Keep your sign-in secure and don’t share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One free watermarked preview render is available per account.
Credits and payment
- Credits are bought in packs as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — we never charge your card automatically.
- One credit renders one video.
- Credits have a validity window from the date of purchase: 1 month on Starter and 1 month on Pro. Unused credits expire at the end of that window.
- Each video includes free revisions — 1 on Starter and 2 on Pro. Beyond that, a revision costs 1 credit.
- Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and applies any tax due.
Failed renders and refunds
If a render fails on our side, the credit goes back to your balance automatically — you are never charged for a video you did not get. If that did not happen for some reason, email us and we will put it right.
Beyond that, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because credits give you immediate access, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away — so once a credit has been spent on a render, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that credit. Credits you have not spent stay refundable for the full 14 days. The full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, whose own purchase terms also apply to your order.
Your content and your rights to the video
Whatever you upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it only so we can produce your video. The finished video is yours — the voice, the music and the visuals are licensed for commercial use, so you can publish it on your site, in ads, on social media or on YouTube without any further licensing.
If your video carries the PromoHyper watermark, share it anywhere you like — but leave the mark on it. Cropping it out, blurring, covering or painting over it, cutting the frames it appears in, or removing it with software all count as the same thing, and they end the licence for that video. The watermark is the price of the free tier and it is the only one we charge. If you want it gone, any pack re-renders the same video clean, and then it is yours with no mark and no condition.
Showing your video as an example
Videos and UI animations made on the free tier may be shown publicly as examples of our work — on this site, in our gallery, on the UI animation generator page, on our YouTube channel and on our social accounts — together with the product name, logo, screenshots and brand visuals that appear in them, and a link to your site. You are told this on the screen where you start a free render, before you start it. Anything you paid for — a video or a UI animation — is never shown publicly unless you ask us to.
We will not edit a video in a way that changes its meaning, sell it, license it to anyone else, or suggest that you endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with PromoHyper. If you send us your brand guidelines, we will follow them.
You can have yours taken down at any time, for any reason, and it costs you nothing. Email hello@promohyper.com and we will remove the video from every surface we control within 7 days and write back to confirm. We will not ask you why, and it does not affect your video, your credits or your account. We cannot recall copies that other people have already downloaded or re-shared.
A video shown as an example is kept for as long as it stays in our gallery, and a video embedded on another site is kept for as long as it is being watched there. Both are longer than the period described in our Privacy Policy. Ask us to remove yours and the normal deletion rules apply again.
Third-party brands and logos
A video can end up showing brand names, logos or icons that belong to other companies — either because you asked for them or because the service suggested them. Those marks stay the property of their owners. The logo artwork we draw from comes from public-domain and permissively licensed open-source collections; those licences cover the artwork files only and hand over no rights in the trademarks themselves. Nothing here implies that any of those companies sponsors, partners with or endorses you, us or your video.
Using another company’s mark in a video you make is your call and your responsibility. By rendering, downloading or publishing a video that shows one, you confirm you have the permission or legal basis to use it — for example, showing a logo simply to say your product works with theirs — and that you are following that owner’s brand guidelines. Do not use the service to suggest a relationship that does not exist. We do not check videos for trademark problems, and we may remove any brand asset from the library at any time, including if its owner asks us to.
What you may not do
- Upload material you don’t have the rights to — including logos, screenshots or footage belonging to someone else.
- Create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates a real person or company.
- Generate the likeness of a real, recognizable or public person, face swaps or deepfakes. Generated people are invented and unidentifiable, and image requests of this kind are refused by the service.
- Present a generated person as a real customer, employee or endorser.
- Create sexual or adult content, or anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own, or work around the safety filters of the service or of the AI models behind it.
The full rules are on our Acceptable Use Policy page. We may suspend an account that breaks them.
About AI-generated output
Scripts, voiceovers, music and visuals are generated automatically. They can contain mistakes. Read and check your video before you publish it — you are responsible for what you put in front of your audience.
Availability
We work to keep the service up but cannot promise it is always available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the service permanently, we will give notice and refund unused credits.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits are not transferable between accounts.
Governing law
PromoHyper is operated from Türkiye and these terms are governed by Turkish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top and notify registered users by email of any significant change.
